Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings of fire shows, LED and flow-art performances and related services. By booking, they are accepted. The German version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all bookings of fire shows, LED and flow-art performances and related services. They are accepted with the booking.

2. Booking & contract

Booking is made in writing (via form or email). The contract comes into effect with our confirmation. Arrangements regarding flow, duration and fee are agreed individually.

3. Fee & payment

The agreed fee is plus any travel and incidental costs. Payment is made as agreed (e.g. deposit on booking, balance after the event).

4. Cancellation

The agreed cancellation terms apply: free of charge up to 14 days before; 50 % from 14–7 days before; 100 % less than 7 days before. In case of force majeure or weather we find a solution together (LED show or replacement date).

5. Client’s obligations

The client provides a suitable, safe performance area (outdoors, level, sufficient safety distance) and, if needed, a power connection, and obtains any required permits from the location.

6. Safety & fire

We work with tested equipment and trained personnel and keep all safety distances. For safety reasons we reserve the right to cancel a fire show under unsuitable conditions (wind, rain, insufficient space) or to switch to the LED show. Instructions from our safety personnel must be followed.

7. Liability

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for damages arising from non-compliance with safety requirements by the client, location or audience.

8. Photo & video

We may use photo and video recordings of the performance taken at the event for promotional purposes (website, social media), unless expressly agreed otherwise.

9. Force majeure

In events beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, official orders, illness) we are released from the obligation to perform; we endeavour to find a replacement date.

10. Final provisions

Austrian law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract stays valid.
